#2. Select, edit and tweak your chosen advert.

AdBuilder creates four versions of your job advert (‘Formal‘, ‘Informal‘, ‘Edgy‘, and ‘Simple‘), each style differing in tone and structure to lend itself to different types of adverts.

Select which advert template suits your role, and then edit and tweak the advert in the editing window.

#3. Fine tune your advert for DE&I compliance with the AdGrader panel.

With AdBuilder you also get the AdGrader plugin, which flags any potentially gender-coded or exclusionary words in your advert, and suggests alternative, neutral synonyms which you can swap straight in.
